Tobii Dynavox for Professionals- Getting Started Guide
Tobii Dynavox for Professionals is an innovative and complimentary program to get you the
industry’s most robust and flexible AAC software solutions to help you serve your clients
with complex communication needs and their families. Use this Getting Started Guide for
step-by-step instructions on how to gain access to Tobii Dynavox for Professionals and
how to then download the Free TD Snap software.

**Please note: If you are already a Tobii Dynavox for Professionals member, please skip ahead to Step 3
1. First, to register for Tobii Dynavox for Professionals, you will need your own myTobiiDynavox account.
- To create your account, please visit myTobiiDynavox.com and follow the instructions.
- Click “Create Account” on the home page to create your profile
- If you are an existing myTobiiDynavox.com account member, please log in.
2. Once you have logged into your myTobiiDynavox account, click the “Professionals” box under More Stuff.
This is where you will enter your information.
3. Once you have been verified, you will see the “Professionals” box under My Stuff. Please click on it.
4. To download Snap + Core First, choose which version you would like – Windows or iOS – and follow the
instructions.
5. Congratulations, you are now ready to start using Tobii Dynavox, TD Snap.
Next, let's download Communicator 5!
1. Under the “Downloads” section in Tobii Dynavox for Professionals, click on Communicator 5. You will be taken
to the Tobii Dynavox Communicator 5 Software section.
2. In the “Select an Installer” dropdown, select the language you would like to use then click on the “Download
Software” button.
3. A pop-up box will appear – click on “Save File”.
4. Once the file downloads, click on it and go through the installer.
5. The Wizard will complete and click on the “Finish” button.
6. Congratulations, you are now ready to start using Tobii Dynavox Communicator 5.
