How to set up a trial with SafeCare

                                                 

1.       Contact Safe Care Technologies (re: Requesting a loan of a communication device).

2.       Representative from Safe Care Technologies will either direct you to our email (or) the loan request form that needs to be filled out by a Speech and Language Therapist. Once the form is complete an auto correspondence of the form they completed will be emailed.

3.       A representative from Safe Care Technologies will be in contact with the person who completed the form to agree on dates and times of the loan.

4.       The individual who completed the form will be notified by email, all the agreed details above and will be advised that loans are delivered and collected by courier to an agreed address.

5.       Our devices are sent out on Friday, to be received on Monday.

6.       During the loan, the family, professionals, and teachers have access to a 45-minute training session.

7.       Links to resources will be sent out to parents, teachers, and professionals to help achieve the best outcome with the loan.

8.       All loans are two weeks unless exceptional circumstances are agreed upon.

9.       Five days before the loan is due to end a representative of Safe Care Technologies will be back in contact with the individual who arranged the loan to organise collection. A label will be emailed that will need to be printed for the courier to scan on the day of collection.

10.   Devices are collected on a Monday, to arrive back to our offices on a Tuesday.
