Creating a desktop icon for windows apps

To create a desktop shortcut icon for Tobii Dynavox Windows Apps software such as Snap Core first in Windows 10:

Option 1:

• Click on the start menu
  
• Find the app you are wanting to create a desktop shortcut
  
• Click and drag the software to your desktop
  

OR
 

Option 2:

• Press the Win key + R
  
• Type shell:AppsFolder
  
• Find the app that you wish to create a desktop shortcut icon for, right click it
  
• Choose Create Shortcut.  You will be prompted that the shortcut cannot be placed here and it will recommend adding it to the desktop.  Click Yes
